If you renew before the due date, you may extend the borrowing period. Please bring the books and materials you have borrowed to the circulation desk along with your library card

You can reserve books and materials that are loaned out.
If there is a request to temporarily use books and materials that have been on loan for 1 month or more, and the borrower agrees, it is possible to loan the book for 14 days. It is not possible to extend the loan period.
It is possible to send a request for books and materials from the Nishinomiya-Uegahara campus. Lending conditions are the same as for the Nishinomiya-Uegahara Campus University Library collection.

We provide use consultation on matters such as document searches （bibliography and collections） and how to use OPAC（the online catalogue） and Web databases. We accept reference questions via e-mail and only from faculty and staff, graduate students, and undergraduates.
The questions we can answer are limited to the following types.

he university libraries collect a variety of books and materials to provide all of our users with the academic information they need. However, there is naturally a limit to the books and materials one university can collect. We therefore have mutual cooperation agreements with other university libraries for the convenience of users. This is the External Mutual Use System, and it has three types of services.
Required parts of magazine articles, theses, books, etc. are sent to us.

The book is sent and received from the collection facility and can be used within the university libraries. Types of books that can be borrowed and the borrowing period depend on the usage conditions of the collection facility. Please note that the books cannot be removed from the libraries.

It is possible to peruse materials at the library by bringing a University Library Director Request Form (introduction form) and your student ID. The university library needs to check the collection beforehand, so please make the request 3 to 5 days before you wish to peruse the materials.
※The Four Kansai Universities Mutual Use System is limited to full-time faculty and graduate students
Only full-time faculty and graduate students of the university may peruse and borrow materials from the library collections of the Four Kansai Universities (Kwansei University, Doshisha University, Ritsumeikan University) by presenting their university faculty or staff ID or student ID. Please inquire at the reference desk for further details.
