[Letter] June 25, 1886, Smith College [to F.H. Giddings]
June 25, 1886, Smith College.
My Dear Mr. Giddings,
I have thought
much concerning your excellent
papers. Is it not best to
publish at once the complete
parts, especially the introduction,
and other parts as they are
gradually completed? It seems
to me I would do that, were
I in your place. I would not
hurry the work of finishing the
book, but would devote to it only
such leisure time as could be
so used without danger to
health. Would not the
Polit. Sci. Quarterly be the
best medium?
Yours Very Truly,
J. B. Clark
