[Letter] July 3,1887,Smith College [to F.H. Giddings]
July 3, 1887, Smith College.
Dear Mr. Giddings,
The movements
of friends whom we hope
to meet at Ludlow, Vt.
compel a part of us to
start on our driving up
on Tuesday, the 5th inst.
I expect to return for
a day to see my wife
started on her trip to
Clifton Springs, and shall
doubtless be here on
Monday the 12th inst.
That seems to be
about the only time
for us to meet unless
we defer it till my
return. If Monday (12th)
would be a convenient
time come then and
pass the night, and we
will have a good talk.
Yours Very Truly,
J. B. Clark
