[Letter] Dec.22,1887,Smith College [to F.H. Giddings]
Dec. 22, 1887, Smith College.
Dear Mr. Giddings,
We shall end by
using the best and simplest
from - our names
and nothing more.
I wish I had heard
Mr. Bliss, for my own
good. It must have
been deeply interesting. Prof.
Morse proposes to go on
28th to N.Y. Would that
be too soon for you? I
suggest that you and I get
rooms on European plan,
as we have so many
festivities to take in.
By the way is the Quarterly
dinner quite an assumed
fact. Morse has no cards
nor have I as yet.
Yours Very Truly,
J. B. Clark
