Rent. It ought to
be used in a way to
keep some practical
and historical moorings.
I have said so in an
article forthcoming in the
Quarterly Journal of Economics.
But in the meanwhile I
have used the term in
order to get all the
benefit that I can out
of the Ricardian theories.
