[Letter] March 23,1895,Amherst [to F.H. Giddings]

258. March 23, 1895, Amherst.

Dear Friend:
 Please give
our sympathy and
our best wishes to
Mrs. Giddings. As for
you I will not scold,
for I know the
temptation you are
under to finish that
book as soon as you can.
I have views,
however, about going
without a summer
vacation. For the
sake of yourself, your
family and your
friends keep your
work well within
the safety limit.

Yours Very Truly,
John B. Clark

Professor E. W. Bemis is
due here this evening.
