[S.N. Patten's letter] March 11,1896,Philadelphia [to F.H. Giddings]

March 11, 1896, Philadelphia.

Dear Giddings,
        I am glad you are
coming over here so soon.
I hope however that it
is not to be in Easter week
as I have planned to be gone
then.
Do you want to give a talk to
our graduate students when
here? I am sure they would
be delighted to see and hear
you.
I would be willing to return
the favor when I come to New
York.
 I have already made a
move at this end of the
line in favor of Dr. Breck-wedge.
All is going well. I have
an article in the next Annals
which I am anxious to hear
what you think of it. It is
an enlargement of the paper
I read at Indianapolis.
 Best wishes to Mrs. Giddings
and other friends.
                             Sincerely Yours,
                                            Simon N. Patten
